We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once received, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Note: If your package is already on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Kicklo is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
